Job Overview

As part of the Catering Sales team, the Catering Sales Coordinator is tasked to assist the managers to work towards closing deals and ensuring that each event runs smoothly. The main role of the Coordinator is to oversee day to day administrative work for the department and to provide the first form of contact for each client during the enquiry stage.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the catering sales team
  • Handle guests enquiries on event spaces within the hotel
  • Assist with presentation materials
  • Prepare wedding packages proposals and/ or contracts
  • Assist with event bookings
  • Communicate requirements and / or changes with relevant parties
  • Work cohesively with other departments

Talent Profile

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience working in a luxury brand hotel
  • Knowledge of Opera & Delphi preferred
  • Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
