Job Overview

The Bartender supports the operation of Bob's bar and is responsible for courteous and efficient services provided to the guests. Duties include taking food and beverage orders, retrieving and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables, and collecting payments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up all condiments and beverages
  • Check quality and amount of stock and supplies of outlet
  • Check and maintain cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas
  • Set up side station with supplies and equipment
  • Serve all food courses and beverage items to the guest
  • Ensure smooth operations of the bar


Talent Profile

  • NITEC or Diploma in relevant fields
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in F&B environment
  • Knowledgeable about cocktails, mocktails, liquors and spirits, beers and wines
  • Knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections, correct glassware and garnishes in a bar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organised and attention to details
  • Singapore Food Hygiene and Food Handling certificate
  • Prior Hotel experience preferred
