Job Overview

The HR Executive will assist with administration and management of the Human Resources function to include recruiting, training, wage/benefit administration, compliance with statutory requirements and the execution of employee relation activities, in order to provide each department with the personnel, guidance, and support necessary to achieve their customer service and business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administration of new joiners.
  • Monitor of the employee performance appraisal programs to ensure reviews are timely.
  • Administration of policies and programs related to the management of all hotel personnel
  • Responsible for employee insurance claim (inpatient and outpatient)
  • Maintain HR system and ensure all HR and employee data and information is updated in a timely manner
  • Work Permit, SPass and EP application and renewal
  • Administer benefit program within the Hotel
  • Liaise with external training providers
  • Direct and administer employee relations programs and activities
  • Manage submission of awards
  • Implement programmes and initiatives designed to improve employee engagement, eg: Teambuilding and Workplace Health Events
  • Champion CSR and Workplace Health Activities

  Talent Profile:

  • Minimum Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR from an upscale hotel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word & Excel
  • Meticulous with good organizational & time management skills
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
