Position Overview
The Catering Sales Coordinator is to oversee day to day administrative work for the department and to provide the first form of contact for each client during the enquiry stage.

The Role
A. Support Sales Administration Operations

  1. Administer inventory control of collateral materials and corporate gift items
  2. Generate sales reports for management reporting
  3. Maintain database of guests and/or customers

B. Manage Sales Activities to Achieve Sales

  1. Assist to prepare presentation materials
  2. Prepare information packages and sales kits to support sales engagement
  3. Prepare sales proposals and contracts for wedding packages
  4. Provide responses to first-level customer enquiries

C. Create Sales Opportunities

  1. Assist with events bookings
  2. Collect customer data to support the administration of customer acquisition programmes
  3. Maintain database of sales leads

D. Manage Client Relationships

  1. Collate data on customer purchasing behaviour and characteristics to support customer data analysis
  2. Collate guest and/or customer satisfaction level for review
  3. Follow up with guests and/or customers on their booking requirements

Talent Profile

  1. Diploma in Hospitality Management
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Minimum of 1 years' experience working in a luxury brand hotel
  4. Knowledge of Opera & Delphi preferred
  5. Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
