Position Overview
Assist the Restaurant Manager in directing and organizing the staff to ensure first class service, food & beverage offerings and marketing to maximize profits and guest satisfaction
The Role
A. Monitor Food and Beverage Services
- Leading service operations
- Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge
B. Execute Food and Beverage Operations
- Assuring restaurant set up is complete and walkthrough is done before shift
- Supervising a team of captains
C. Maintain Hygiene, Safety and Standards
- Improving procedures and systems
- Conducting basic training and ensure Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to
D. Maintain Guest Experience
- Building and maintaining relationships with guests
- Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service operations
Talent Profile
- Experienced in service operations in a (formal) restaurant with minimum of 2 years of experience
- Wine knowledge or experience in wine service will be favorable considered
- Individuals who are driven and organized
